Email won't work on PC

I have email working with the app on my phone, but for some reason when I go to my PC, I can log in, but it just sits there and gives me the three dots (thinking) then it times out.  VERY frustrated!  My phone is also telling me occasionally that my password is wrong, but it must not be as I am still getting my email on the phone (thank goodness!)
