Email Not Working

I'm trying to send a message. I sent the message twice from my phone and both time the phone said "Sent", but it is not in my Sent folder.

I logged in to my web mail and it is not in the Sent folder there either.

I receive plenty of junk mail and I received a message from the forum when I signed up, but I can't tell if anything is going out.

    Hi Darkwater23,

    From the email inbox, create and send a test email from and to the affected email address. For example, send an email from johndoe@cox.net to johndoe@cox.net. Click Check Mail or the refresh icon to refresh the Inbox folder. Is the email in the inbox?
