Email Not functioning or very slow

I have been having trouble logging into My Cox email account.

It is either very slow to load or does not load at all.  I did not have this issue with the old email interface.

Is there anything Cox can do to improve the email service, i.e., upgrade the servers?  What is wrong with the Email?  This is terrible service.

  • Hi John, how do you access your Webmail? The URL to the New Cox Email platform is myemail.cox.net. Where does the slowness occur? Do you see three dots and a spinning cursor icon? Does the Inbox background appear with a white screen? Do you get any error messages? If you haven't already done so, please clear your internet browser's cache, cookies, and temporary files. I'm happy to provide step-by-step instructions; I just need the name of the internet browser you use (ex: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, Edge, etc.). Also, what device(s) do you use to access Webmail? Does the slowness occur regardless of the device? -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
