Email Client Having problems. No sending or receiving...

Seems like this problem is also happening with others. For about a week now, my Cox Email accounts will not send or receive in the email client I am using. No settings have changed, it just quit working.  Since it is happening in several email clients with different people, it would seem it is a problem on Cox's end.  Any updates here?

I have used the "Forward" option in the Cox's webmail client, but this is not a long term fix.
