Yesterday, duplicate emails started showing up in my Live Mail. Today, I'm getting four copies of the same email. And after deleting copies, new copies are showing up as new mail in the inbox. What the heck gives???
Hi Ddh, go to www.cox.com and log in using your Cox User ID (everything in front of the @ sign in your cox.net email address) and password. After logging in, click on the email icon to access Cox Webmail. Do you have duplicate emails in your Webmail Inbox? -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
