Duplicate emails being repeatedly sent

An issue has developed over the past several days where I receive the same 291 emails every time I check my email.  These are from over 10 months ago.  I am using Microsoft Outlook and have never had this issue before.

  • Hi Halstaff, to resolve the duplication problem, close Outlook. Open a web browser and go to cox.com. Log in with your User ID and password, and then click on the Webmail icon to open your Inbox. Delete the [duplicate] messages from the Inbox, and also delete the messages in the Trash folder. Once deleted from Webmail, the emails will not be available to download when you reopen Outlook. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
