- BeckyModeratorHi Halstaff, to resolve the duplication problem, close Outlook. Open a web browser and go to cox.com. Log in with your User ID and password, and then click on the Webmail icon to open your Inbox. Delete the [duplicate] messages from the Inbox, and also delete the messages in the Trash folder. Once deleted from Webmail, the emails will not be available to download when you reopen Outlook. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
