Downgrading Additional 500 GB Plan

Last month, I went over my 1tb a month limit(this was a first, I built a new PC and was redownloading all my steam games library). So I upgraded the extra 500 gb to not be charged for going over. Now I am unable to downgrade from within the website? Seems wrong to be forced to keep something like this.

    Astro1908,

    Are you unable to access one website or are you having a problem with using the internet at all? We want to look into this for you. Would you try to reset the modem & any equipment plugged into the modem to see if that may correct your issue? Please let us know if this helps you.
