Wouldn't it be nice if Cox offered free premium TV channels to its customer during this critical time?&nbsp; Once the fog of the virus lifts, Cox may gain subscribers to premium channels they have been watching!

I would be happy with a internet connection that functions at even 50% of what we are paying for.&nbsp; Or customer service acknowledging the issue is on cox's network, and providing solutions, discounts, or a time line, rather than pretending everything is perfectly fine.
