Cox should consider their customers during this pandemic.
Wouldn't it be nice if Cox offered free premium TV channels to its customer during this critical time? Once the fog of the virus lifts, Cox may gain subscribers to premium channels they have been watching!
I would be happy with a internet connection that functions at even 50% of what we are paying for. Or customer service acknowledging the issue is on cox's network, and providing solutions, discounts, or a time line, rather than pretending everything is perfectly fine.
