- BeckyModeratorHi Fredric.luke, it sounds like the Cox Communications Security Team detected suspicious activity your Cox.net email account or believe your email address password was compromised. In these types of situations, limitations may be placed on the amount of email that can be sent from your Cox.net email address for 24 hours. If this is indeed the case, you must immediately reset your Cox password to remove the risk to your account.
