COX Residential Internet in Las Vegas not reliable lately.

COX Residential Internet in Las Vegas has been unstable for weeks now since we first got a notice they were "upgrading" the network.  Before this the service was fairly reliable. Since then it has been down frequently. It is down right now.  I work from home and this is obviously a problem.

Is there some information that has been made public as the what the actual problem is??? If there is some plan to eventually restore reliable service??

I don't have many options for broadband where I am but if I have to figure something out I will start working on it if I need to.

And no, this isn't a problem with my modem, router, in house wiring, etc..  people I work with in the area that have COX Internet are experiencing the same thing.

At least the outage report is showing this one:

Outage alert - There's currently an outage in your area that could be impacting your TV, Internet and Telephone services. We're working to fix the problem.

Estimated Time to Repair: 07/01/2021 06:49 PM

Oh look at that... they finally show an outage again in my area... 2 days in a row.  Contacted support and they keep insisting it must b a problem with my router, or modem, or how many devices I had or how they were connected... give me a break.

Will someone from COX just say what the hell is going on???  It all started when they "Upgraded" our network with a planned outage.  Well they need to either tell us what is going on, or "downgrade" it again.
