Cox please answer

I have 3 questions that I would like an official COX answer from:

#1 - I finally go the DOCIS 3.1 Gigablast after being told for 2 years that fiber was coming.  I am waiting to know when I will get my fiber runs to my house to get the Real Gigablast?  I am sure you can look up my info via my account.

#2 - When I called tp upgrade from Ultimate to GigaBlast I had 3 DHCP external IP's.  I used one for the house, and two for my LAB/Testing I do for working from home.  When I upgraded I asked if going to the higher tier that would stay the same and I was told yet.  After upgrading and dealing with multiple issues until they send a big truck down the block to fix something about a month later I got gigablast working.  When I checked my IP's I lost two of my dhcp ip addresses.  I only get one now.  When I called back in to advise COX of this, I was told COX never had a 3 DHCP Premium package.  I assured them I did, but they didn't want to hear it.  Can I get my additional two DHCP IP's back for work since I am home office based.

#3 Lastly I have been trying to get GigaBlast for over 2 years, I even ran a conduit from the DMARK to my Network Cabinet in my home with a pull wire to help COX out.  I was also told it was a 2TB package if you got fiber.  So now that I have upgraded I am told I only get 1TB?

I am feeling I have been lied to a little bit.  Please try and make this LONG TIME customer happy.
