Cox has threatened to disconnect all of my data in 60 days. How do I stop that from happening?

I received an e-mail Saturday at m*******@msn.com that since I had disconnected my Cox internet service(which I have not done) all of my data woudl be deleted within 60 days.  How do I stop that from happening?

    If you have not disconnected your internet, then that message may be phishing or spam. Please send us an email at cox.help@cox.com with your full name and address. We can check your account to see if that was an authentic notification from us.
