Cox has threatened to disconnect all of my data in 60 days. How do I stop that from happening?

I received an e-mail Saturday at m******* that since I had disconnected my Cox internet service(which I have not done) all of my data woudl be deleted within 60 days.  How do I stop that from happening?

    If you have not disconnected your internet, then that message may be phishing or spam. Please send us an email at with your full name and address. We can check your account to see if that was an authentic notification from us.
