Cox 500 mps is a lie

 I upgraded from 300 mps to their 500 mbs and now my service is worse! My internet is always cutting out. and even 10 feet away my wifi **. Right now this is what I'm getting:

Cox your service is abysmal and fraudulent!

    fwiw: my test speeds improve the further i get from the combo panoramic unit.

    suggest moving computer or modem/router.
