Copyright Notifications - Not even using what they are referring to. Help!

I received another notification after receiving a notification sometime mid last year.  Says we are using Copyright Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.  My 20 year old daughter was playing the game on her phone, which is from the free APP on her iPhone.  Regardless, I asked her to delete the game just in case and to avoid issues.  Since then, she and no one else in our home play that game.  I just received another notification and am wondering how can that be.  Having my husband in law enforcement, we've lived a clean life and choose not to abuse any rules.  Can someone please explain why I am still seeing these messages??

    Nintendo is aggressive with its images.  If your daughter uploaded images of the game to a YouTube or social media account, they'll harass you.  Did they provide a link to the offending copyright?
