Contour Down?

I haven't been able to access the Contour website all day. I've tried (3) different browsers (using Windows 10), and they all die at the same point (right after authentication):

Sorry, we're having some trouble

Contour is not available at the moment. Please try back soon.

(Error ftde.xact.3307.1107296347)

Am I doing something wrong?

      It's not an outage. Cox is blocking my (virtual) machine because the OS is not activated. I have (3) Windows 10 systems - one is a standard PC (it works), one is a VM (activated, works), one is another VM (not activated, blocked).

      I was just told that I'm screwed because my system "doesn't meet the support requirements". So basically my only option is to completely change the way I use computers and run the most insecure platform that's ever been created. And you wonder why so many people have cut the cord...
