Constant disconnects
For the last few months I have been having issues where my connection will drop for a couple of minutes at a time. They have sent techs out twice, replaced my modem, removed the splitter from the coax, and removed the trap. Still continue to have issues. When I contact them they say either there is an outage in my area, or that I have a wiring problem. I have told them that the issue is them. They did not plan for the increase in customers in our area, and now we all have to put up with bad service. I am wondering how they can even think about offering gigablast this summer if they cannot even keep what they have working properly. The problem is much worse in the evening when everyone gets home and gets online. Yet somehow this does not add up to them and it is my problem. I would like them to explain how multiple people in my sub-division all have the same problem? How can it all be us? It would be nice if they had the guts to admit it is their problem and start working to fix it. Maybe they need to split the node, or put another amplifier on the line, but leaving as is, is not acceptable. Perhaps the FCC will agree with me.
