Can't call customer loyalty, I'm not in the states.
I would like to reduce my service, since only one person is utilizing our data, I do not need the expanded service, however, the unintuitive support system refuses to let me contact an agent via live chat, as I do not have a Korean phone plan that would allow me to call their "Customer Loyalty" line. Please help me and stop making it inconvenient to reduce services I no longer use, it's a very pathetic gimmick, you already have a monopoly anyway.
