Cannot Send e-mails using Webmail *** From Overseas ***

Hi,

I am COX customer from many years, something was changed from SMTP On_Going e-mail

I can read mails using Webmail, .... But I cannot Sending mails.

Currently in Lima - Peru, and I have an excellent Internet Speed. But I can't send mails. IT IS BLOCKED.

I need to send a very Important e-mail, but I cannot.

This is the Error I got after I press sens, a window popped-out :

Message could not be sent to the following recipients: [hugo.e.palacios@gmail.com] (550 - 550 146.20.112.67 blocked.

I do not want to call (405) 600-7676  to activate my account.... Cox should do it for me.

  • When accessing your email outside of the country, there is an added layer of security that prevents mail from being sent out using Cox email servers to prevent spammers from using our servers to send out spam. This is likely why you are seeing this message.
