Cannot see Cox Network

I was connected to Cox WiFi and it worked for several months.  Last week, using my laptop with Windows 10, I can no longer see my Cox network.  I can see it using my phone.  I have tried doing resets and changing settings on laptop.  I can connect using Ethernet.  I need to see the network to connect.  I can see other networks, just not mine.

    Since you are able to see and connect to the network on your phone, we will need to focus on the connection between the laptop and the network. Are you able to take the laptop to a different location and connect to any network?
