Anyone else see a change in the Cox email format?

Went to check my emails and had over 400 unread emails going back  several years.  Lost a lot of my contacts in my address book.  When I checked my saved emails only had a few and they were over 11 years old.  What's going on?

    Hi Walker23, do you check your email using an email utility like Outlook, Mac Mail, or Thunderbird? Or do you log in to the Cox website and access Webmail? -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

        Hi Walker23, over the past 2 years or so, Cox has migrated customer email addresses to a new Webmail platform. Your account was migrated to the new platform some time ago. You can check it out by going to myemail.cox.net or email.cox.net and logging in with your Cox username and password. Since you access your email through Thunderbird, questions about changes in layout or format will need to be directed to Thunderbird support or other Cox customers who use Thunderbird. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
