A new modem at no additional cost?
I got an email today saying I could get a new modem at no additional cost. When I clicked the button I discovered that is a lie. To me $180.00 is a very definite additional cost.

In my case I recently received a letter from Cox offering a free modem upgrade to replace my old SB5101U DOCSIS 2 modem which I had for seven (7) years. I received a new FREE SB6183 DOCSIS 3 modem from Cox.
