5th day without service now.
Oh WOW! Mine went out Wednesday morning and came back Friday, but on Friday it kept going in and out. By Saturday I was fully back and have not had any issues. I'm still getting updates and noticed the app says there is still a network impairment.

Still down, still no updates
Ya I still don't have Internet....and I haven't really seen any work trucks where did you see them 🧐
Too many negative comments from their customers. They had to hide them. However, the office at my apartments say they are now back up, but I’m still down for the third day in a row. I did see a Cox truck briefly park next to a building, but he’s gone now. No changes to my service.
I've tried calling them and they keep hanging up on me.
I've tried texting with a live agent and they were rude and just kept repeating " Technicians are in your area"
Cox needs to provide some timeline for us. This has been unacceptable customer service.
With this severe of an interruption to the service I am expecting them to refund this months bill at a minimum.
I received a call from Corp Cox due to my FCC complaint and he said SRP damaged the fiber during some construction and it was more extensive than originally thought, most of area is back online but there are crews still working on the repair.
I've done a 1 star BBB review if I don't get an update soon I will do an FCC complaint too.

Wifi still down and has been since Wednesday morning.
My TV is back, but the remote won't work. Rebooted it 3 times, no bueno. Internet still down. WTF!
