Zeus virus

We are getting messages about the Zeus virus.  We have Cox Securit Suite installed, and it tells us we are protected.  Obviousy we are not.  Why, and how do I get rid of Zeus?

Good instructions to remove Zeus:  https://malwaretips.com/blogs/zeus-trojan-virus/

You'll need to download a few utilities.

To Remove Zeus Trojan Virus, Follow These Steps:
STEP 1: Scan your computer with Kaspersky TDSSKiller
STEP 2: Use RKill to stop the Zeus Trojan malicious process
STEP 3: Scan your computer with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware to remove Zeus Trojan
STEP 4: Double-check for malicious programs with HitmanPro
(OPTIONAL) STEP 5: Use Zemana AntiMalware Portable to remove Zeus Trojan

Keep in mind when you receive the email notice from us we're only able to determine that it was coming from your Internet connection. With that being said there isn't a clear indicator as to which device it could be so you'll want to check all of your devices and also consider changing your wifi password in the event that an unauthorized device has found it's way onto your connection.

@ChrisL I too received one of these emails. Are you able to look into an account specifically and determine what IP addresss or domain was accessed that set off the red flag on your end? That would help narrow down exactly which device it may have originated from on my end.
