y me

every time I have a problem with cox and I can't access the internet my bills become delinquent and I aquire late charges over 200.00 dollars and get no credit for the outage unless I complain otherwise nothing happens. Take responsibility and make things right. I feel you (COX COMM) you owe me a total sum of $150.00 for time lost on the internet and time spending to access the internet access why is so hard to ask a question and get an answer. take repbonilit
