FreeNew Contributor6 years agoXRE-03092Purchased a TV episode for my son, and it played fine for while. Now whenever we try to play it, we get the code XRE-03092...unable to play video. We get this code on every TV in the home. We’ve reset equipment, etc. Nothing works.

BruceHonored Contributor III6 years agoThat's a well-known error code with Xfinity X1 DVR. It has to be at least a year old. If Comcast hasn't figured it out, Cox won't.
