XRE-03092

Purchased a TV episode for my son, and it played fine for while. Now whenever we try to play it, we get the code XRE-03092...unable to play video. We get this code on every TV in the home. We’ve reset equipment, etc. Nothing works.

    Are you getting this error on other recordings or just this particular one?

    That's a well-known error code with Xfinity X1 DVR.  It has to be at least a year old.  If Comcast hasn't figured it out, Cox won't.
