Wrong recording start time on DVR

Saturday (5/20) many of the preset recordings start times were changed to one minute earlier, i.e. 6:00 became 5:59. The real start times according to the Guide remain even numbers. Today I canceled a bunch of them for today and tomorrow then reset them to record. Some picked up even start times and some picked up the :59 type number. 1012 (Omaha educational) reset picked up the :59 start time, 1005 (Omaha CBS) reset picked up :00 start times, and 1009 (Omaha ABC) didn't seem to want to show as being recorded after my reset. What is going on?????

Today (5/22) update: I didn't notice this before but I really wasn't looking at it. The stop times are all 1 minute after the time shown by the Guide. I know this happens occasionally but every program that has a weird start time also has a 1 minute late stop time. Also, today I booted the DVR to see if it would solve the problem but it hasn't. Help!

What model DVR do you have? Please confirm all the setting options for the recording. Are this series recordings or one time?

What model DVR do you have? I don't know how to determine that. The only thing I could find either displayed by the DVR are on the device itself that looked like a model was 'XGI-A'. We got it last fall. At that time it was the latest & greatest which would handle either 2 or 6 channels at a time. If you tell me where to look for the model & what type of number and/or name I am looking for, I would be happy to do that.

Please confirm all the setting options for the recording: They are all set to Start on Time, Stop on Time, Saved until Space Needed. They are a mixture of Record New Only & Record New & Repeat Episodes.

Are this series recordings or one time? Series but I just set a single episode which ended up having the same problem.

Today, I deleted one series then re-established it to record and they all ended up with the early and late start times.

Which title did you set up and what options did you select? I'm going to do the same in the office to verify the outcome.

To simplify things, I made sure a news program I routinely record was not set to be recorded then established it to record every new episode. Its normal start time is 10 pm and stop time is 10:35 pm. After setting to record, tonight's episode starts at 10:00 pm & stops at 10:36 pm (wrong stop time). I verified thru the Guide that tonight's episode starts at 10 and ends at 10:35. All subsequent episodes start at 9:59 and end at 10:36 pm...both wrong start and stop time. The info:

    Channel 1009 in Omaha (KETV)

    Newswatch 7 at 10:00 pm

    Record--Only New Episodes

    Channels--KETVDT Only

    Save--Until space is needed

    Keep--All episodes

    Space--As Needed

    Start Time--On Time

    Stop Time--On time

Are you scheduling the recordings on the host or client receiver?

I will need to reset the receivers from here. The reset will cause the service to go down for about 20 minutes. When is a good time?

I tried resetting your receivers from here and I'm showing the host is not online. Is the cable straight from the wall to the receiver or is there a splitter? Is the host connected to a power stripe or an outlet that is connected to a switch on the wall?

The cable is straight from the wall to the receiver. It is plugged into a power strip but is receiving power. I just turned it on and It is displaying tv programs, etc. When I turned it on I got the message about the set top box having been off for so many hours saving electricity. Would that be the reason it would show as offline? I left the DVR turned on if that helps.
