Would like "N.E.C.N" available via Cox in RI

I'd love to have access to N.E.C.N. via our Cox, RI service.  I feel I pay a large monthly cable TV bill of 107.46 per month...for many channels I have no interest in.  (For example, I have no interest in the various sports chanels.)  Please include this one additional channel, (N.E.C.N.) in our expensive monthly package.  Thank you!
