Worst experience with COX

I've been with COX for the past 6 years and it started out with low price and good internet speed. About 4 years ago the wifi started to stop working every couple of hours and since then I've been calling customer services about this issue and all I'm told is that I should restart it. For four years they have been bringing the price up until last month they doubled the price that I used to pay when I first started. I wish they made it double the price and double the speed but unfortunately I'm paying double for the worst connection ever!

    I did check the connection from this end and all seems fine up to the modem itself. Can you try testing without the router and see how your speeds are that way?
