Windows Live Mail will no longer send emails.

This error usually happens when trying to attach a picture from WLM Album function, which doesn't work anymore because of changes to Microsoft OneDrive. Try deleting everything waiting in your Outbox and then try to send a test email with plain text only. See here for more info on fixing the underlying issue.
