Wind causes poor internet speeds?

Does anyone else experience internet issues on windy days? I was not able to download something as simple as Google Chrome last night and this morning. It would jump from 4 hours to 15 minutes and back to 4 hours. I reset the router and modem twice along with the computer.

    This can happen if there is an issue with the drop or the outside demarcation point - when it is happening call into tech support and have them check your signal levels.
