Will last century cable (1983 vintage) support internet Ultimate?

Thinking about upgrading from Preffered to Ultimate, wonder if my existing (see title) cable can handle it?

Do you mean the physical coaxial lines? If they are RG59 , then probably no.

most likely no - so if you do order the Ultimate tier internet, make sure you get a professional installation... that way any outlets that need to be added can be done on that visit.

If the coaxial lines are rg-59, then no, if they are rg-6 then it's possible (probably with a lot of uncorrectables) if it is rg-11, then you are good to go.
