Wifi password

I'm not sure, all I know it's the basic internet connection

Go to your router, look at the label on your router.  Notice the model number and manufacturer.

IF the router is built into the modem, look at the manufacturer and model number of that item, and tell us.

Without being able to identify the specific hardware you use, we are unable to help you.
