I have great wired internet great wifi modem but something in the area interferes with the 2.7 giHZ in the area so I can not connect my phones or wireless devices I ran cables to the Xboxs but wonder what can be done about the Interference.

I assume you are talking about the 2.4GHz band. The best solution is switching the the 5GHz band if your devices support it. If not, you would have to find the source of the interference and eliminate or work around it.
