Why will my DVR not record Big Bang Theory?

Every show we have scheduled to record works just fine...week after week...except Big Bang Theory. It records a black screen and when we try to watch it tells us Cox is having difficulty playing back that program. Is this Cox? Or is this CBS? And what can be done about it? 

We've recycled/rebooted/restarted our DVR week after week, to no avail. We've deleted all the instructions to record to program and reset those instructions. Still nothing. Why is this happening?

    EHarden, If you have erased all memory of recording this program out of your box and it still is having issues recording. It sounds like it could be the box itself. You can take the box down to one of our local Cox solutions store and trade it out for a new one. Thank you.
