Why is the price of my internet service constantly going up?

Why is the price of my internet service constantly going up? It started out as a promotional deal where, for a year, I got the service for $30/month. After the year, it went up to $60... Understandable.

Nowadays, it's $85/month! What happened? Why? I want answers. This ain't right.

    Jason, this is a customer to customer technical support forum, not the place to discuss personal billing issues.  I would suggest calling Cox customer service or e-mail Cox support at cox.help@cox.com.
