why am I receiving spam from this site?

I recently posted some question regarding dimming / pause etc on the Cox Contour 2 box.  For each post I received an SPAM email fromv "TV Forum - Automated Email <cox-notification@coxforums.com>"   linking to a youtube on a streaming media box.

I do not wish to receive even more spam,  Cox, can you block these eMails?

    There should be an unsubscribe option on the bottom of the email. Do you have this option?
