Where to buy a battery for a phone modem

Recently, I had a tech come out to repair my phone service. Since the old phone jack lines were not working properly, a phone modem was installed and my service restored. The tech recommended that I get a battery for the modem to help in cause of power outages. I understand Cox sells these and need to know where on Cox I can purchase one.
