Where Is The Flex

Cox advertises a 75 channel flex TV package. If this was truly a "flex" package why doesn't the consumer have the option to choose which 75 channels they want? Aside from premium channels like Showtime, HBO the remainder should be available for us to select what we want to watch not what Cox cable forces us to pay for. We have 140+ channels of mostly garbage TV that we never watch because it is unappealing. Of all the channels we have, we may watch a dozen, unfortunately we are forced to buy the more costly package to get a handful of channels we like.

    We do not currently provide the option to choose individual channels in your cable package at this time. If you would like to look into other cable package options please email us at cox.help@cox.com with your account information.
