Where did "Delete" go ?

Up until a day or two ago, when watching a recorded show, the show ended and a delete box appeared automatically. Now, the show ends and you have to select the show and move to the delete function.

And, yes, I did power down for 5 minutes and restart. Problem is still there. I also have a friend in San Diego (I'm in Phoenix) with the same problem.

    What Model DVR receiver and Interactive Program Guide do you have on your receiver? Is it Rovi, Contour, or the New Contour? Is this happening on all recordings when the playback is over?

    Ken- I too have the same problem.  The delete option has disappeared.  I have the New Contour I guess just having gotten Cox service since Sept 2016.  Love the way Cox fails to notify us of any future changes.  DirectTV is looking better and better.

    It's the New Contour, Contour 2. Six tuners.

    Yes, all recordings are affected.

    Hi Everyone,

    We are aware of the delete issue. You can delete the recording from the list of saved recordings. A fix is in development but there is no estimated time of when this will be completed.

    If you were aware of the issue, why not inform your customers ? Guess Cox was hoping we wouldn't notice ? So sad ...

    It's back ! The 'delete' function has magically returned. Thank you for hastening the process.
