i would like to on about my plan i am on my uncle is the holder account and i am also on it susanna romo-gomez we had added more features and made changes to our plan .....my question is do i still have mymulti family usage plan for my internet ?
IF you are able to log into your account on the regular cox.com website, you can look at your services and plan at: https://www.cox.com/resaccount/home.cox
That also allows you to make changes to your services as well. Make sure you log in with the primary account holders login to make changes. Also, pay attention to any notices it gives you regarding whether your modem is capable of faster speeds.
