What is the status of my escalated trouble ticket?
On August 7, 2017 the chat tech stated he would escalate my ticket and gave me the number CUI000005006348. Since then I haven't heard a word and the problem still exists. That problem is: Cox email is blocking many emails from getting to me, for no reason I can understand. I have told Cox webmail to remove all Spam filters, added all the proper recipients to my address book and/or contacts. Especially frustrating because OBVIOUS spam continues to come through, the stuff with Amazon or PayPal misspelled, but the good emails from NY Times, Costco, Rolling Stone, etc., are blocked. Unable to contact a tech chat today, it says all techs are busy. Apparently Cox no longer has an email address or phone number to call for support, at least nothing I can find on the site. Help would be appreciated. I have stuck with Cox as prices escalated largely because your support was so good. Is that no longer the case?
