How can I transfer my Webmail folders to Outlook.  So far the only solution I can find is to to mark the items as unread and then move them to the Inbox so they go to my Outlook inbox.  Is there a way I can keep a folder intact and move it to Outlook?  ...or download it so that I can move it to outlook?

    One idea that comes to mind is to setup your email as an IMAP account Outlook. While this leaves your emails on the server it gives Outlook a fully synchronized view of the server mailbox contents. Provided you don't delete your PST in Outlook you can actually drag folders from the IMAP account into it which may accomplish what you're trying to do.
