Webmail problem

I can reply to email in Plain Text mode.  But in HTML mode the cursor disappears and nothing I type is visible.  HELP!!

    Check if you have ad-blocker or script-blocking software running.  Also try using the enhanced webmail versus basic.  If I'm not mistaken the rich text editor for classic webmail uses the TinyMCE toolbar which runs on Javascript, so if you have Javascript blocked/disabled that will affect it.

    Also, try using a different web-browser to see if it is occuring on more than one program.
