Webmail folders lost in email move
All my email folders in the cox webmail has been lost in the move to the new version. Have I lost all my information? Is there anyway to restore this from backups?

- We can submit a ticket to try recovering the email folders. Can you send an email to cox.help@cox.com including the account information and also a brief description of the problem since this was initiated in our forums.
