I am not in Atlanta and never have been and do not want it to appear on my home page and do not know how to change it to 92694".

Are you experiencing this issue on the My Connection page? When you sign into Cox.com, does it still show the wrong location as well. Please try changing the location at the top by putting in the city, state or the zip code. I put in your zip code & it changed my area to Ladera Ranch, Ca. Please let us know if it changes for you.
