Watching sport currently recording from beginning

Before recently upgrading to voice Contour we were able to start watching a baseball game from the beginning that is currently being recorded prior to the end of the recording. Since the upgrade when we pull up the DVR we are not getting the option to Watch until after the recording completes. This is not true for all recordings and has only been noticed on baseball and football games. Any suggestions and if this is a system feature any possibility of bringing back the previous functionality to allow this?

    Fashing1 , Oh No! That's not good. We want to help. Once you're playing the sport program and you able to rewind it to the beginning of the program?
