Watching recorded shows online

Hi Cox.

Just signed up for the Gold Duo to discover I cannot watch recorded shows on my laptop within my home, can this be possible in 2017!?

I have XFINITY in our place out West and it allows for that, same equipment, same website interface. This is not a product development thing.

Why has Cox taken this stance?

    Correct that feature isn't available the on-demand is. The Contour 2 service is always progressing and changing as Cox continuously works to improve and update our products.
