Watching Premium Channels on 2 TVs

Hi, I have Contour with 2 TVs and 2 DVRs. I also have access to premium channels like  HBO, CineMax, Starz, and Showtime on the TV in my living room. However, I'm not able to watch these channels on the TV in my bedroom. It only gives me regular cable channels. I thought since I'm already paying for these premium channels, I would be able to watch them on both TVs. How can I change this so that I can watch these channels on both TVs? Thanks.
