WatchESPN app not working

When I choose my provider on Watch ESPN I don't get the option to log in to my account with a username and password. It briefly shows a blank page with "SAML 2.0 Auto post form" at the top, then it just says "signed in as Cox" and only allows access to ESPN3.  It used to give me a log in screen. I've deleted and reinstalled the app but to no avail.  Does anyone have any advice?

    I've had this happen, also. What mobile device are you using? Delete the app from your device, and then go into your phone or tablet settings and delete cookies, cache, and temp files. If your device stores app data separately, also delete any Watch ESPN data files. Then reboot your device and reinstall Watch ESPN. Let us know if this allows you to log into the app with your Cox User ID and password.

    Hello Becky,

    I am using an iphone 7.  I deleted the app, I believe I deleted the history, cookies, etc from it, deleted the backup storage from the icloud, restarted the phone, reinstalled the app and nothing.  It still automatically logs me in with the "SAML 2.0 Auto post form" message at the top of it and does not allow me to watch anything other than ESPN3.  Any other advice?

    When you installed the app did you give it access to files on the device?
