Watch tv online link times out

The link to https://watchtv.cox.com/ times out with: 

This site can’t be reached

watchtv.cox.com took too long to respond.

This was happening for a few weeks then the link worked for the past few days.  Now it times out again.

What's up?

    Please try clearing your browser history, cookies and temp files, restart your computer and then give it another try. Please let me know if that works.
